is a group of men and women in the southwestern Gulf Coast of Florida, based in Fort Myers. The fundamental purpose of the WOODTURNERS OF SOUTH WEST FLORIDA (WSWF) is to provide education, information, and organization to persons in this geographical area that are interested in woodturning, by providing meeting locations, a forum for the sharing of ideas, exchange of woodturning materials, information and education about woodturning activities, and the promotion of woodturning as an art form and craft, for young and mature alike. |

Monthly meetings are usually held at 6:30 PM on the 1st Tuesday of the month at The Riverside Community Center Come at 6:00 PM for Meet 'n' Greet 3061 East Riverside Drive in Ft. Myers, Florida. Next General Meeting is February 8, 2012 The Turning Saturday will be January 14 due to the Wood Carvers event on the 21st & 22nd. Next Board Meeting scheduled for January 18, 2012 .
